Embracing Change: Our Journey to a New Workspace
At Traffic Lab, we’ve always believed in embracing change as a catalyst for growth. In February 2024, we embarked on an exciting new chapter by moving to a new, modern office space that reflects our forward-thinking approach and commitment to innovation. As we settled into our new surroundings, we took the opportunity to connect with our team members and gather their thoughts on the transition.
We asked some of our colleagues about their opinion on the new space, and this is what we found out…
First and foremost, the feedback on the culinary front was overwhelmingly positive. Our revamped lunch offerings, boasting fresh ingredients and exciting flavors, have been a hit among our team members. The addition of gourmet coffee has also been warmly welcomed, adding an extra perk to our workday routine.
Beyond gastronomic delights, our colleagues appreciate the inclusivity of the open space layout. The removal of departmental barriers fosters easier collaboration and interaction, creating a more cohesive work environment. The well-designed meeting rooms strategically scattered throughout the office provide conducive spaces for brainstorming sessions and discussions.
Moreover, the new location has its own charms. Situated by the sea, with easy access to the harbor and public transportation, it offers picturesque views and convenient commuting options. The absence of crooked floors, a quirk of our previous office, adds a touch of stability to our daily routines.
Yet, amidst the excitement of our new surroundings, there’s a tinge of nostalgia for the majestic aura and central location of our former office. Some colleagues reminisce about the historical, fairytale-like spirit that permeated the old space, acknowledging its unique charm.
However, as we march ahead, we’re reminded of the importance of looking forward. As one of our team members put it, “In order to grow, one must look forward.” This sentiment sums up our motto of embracing change and adapting to new opportunities.
