We are rebranding – Check out our new website!
While Traffic Lab was founded six years ago as a two-man start-up, it has long outgrown the initial stage of a start-up and is nowadays a rapidly growing company of around 60 employees. With this change, it was about time for a make-over!
We faced the challenge to transform the brand of a small start-up to the brand of a dynamic front runner business and were eager to come up with a design that reflected our new identity.

At Traffic Lab we decided to take a communal approach to work on our new branding strategy. Valuing the qualities and insights of every single department, we created a ‘Branding Task Force’ consisting of members from various departments.
In order to consider every employee’s opinion about Traffic Lab’s core values we conducted a survey and used post-its to collect all ideas. It sure was a colorful and interesting process to organize all these post-its into categories to find out what Traffic Lab’s key values are.

Our core values at Traffic Lab
Many intense brainstorming sessions later, reflecting upon the priceless insights from our employee-survey and combining it with our company vision, it became clear to us what the core values of Traffic Lab are. We decided that we would like to communicate our rebranding through our visual identity, and through a brand manual for internal use.
It was paramount for us that our new visual identity mirrors the professionalism and reliability that our partners can expect from us. We are proud to say that our new website is an adequate platform for the high-quality products we offer.
Besides the professionalism, we wanted our new visual appearance to reflect our vibrant, dynamic, and social work environment, where we always offer room for creative freedom and diversity. We are grateful for a joyful and passionate team, representing 16 different nationalities!
So, what has been bubbling in our lab?
We have a new logo, new corporate colors, new merchandise, and of course our new website! We wanted our visual identity to reflect our true personality and values in the company.

Traffic Lab’s previous design was dark and straight forward, which reflected quite well the start-up our company used to be. Traffic Lab’s new design instead is much brighter and colorful, and the playful elements mirror our creative spirit and diversity!
The new logo with its refreshing pink color and calm teal color represents both our experimental as well as our professional side at Traffic Lab.
We also took great new employee pictures! Have a look at our amazing team here and see what happens if you click on one of the pictures. All Traffic Labbers chose a GIF that represents him- or herself best!
To celebrate our rebranding, our new logo and new colors, we decided to create merchandise goodie bags for all employees. Above all this is not only part of our rebranding celebration but also to make every employee a part of the new brand identity!

Unity is key – we are now stronger than ever!
After our rebranding project we are proud to announce that our new website and logo are reflecting our company and values much better now! Cross-departmental teamwork and creative brainstorming gave us in depth knowledge about our company’s values and mission. This process unified us and made us stronger than ever!
“We are today competing with big stock-listed companies, I mean, there are big fish out there. It used to be the big fish that eat the small fish, but I think it will be the fast fish that eat the slow fish.”
– Sebastian Agerskov, CEO & Founder.
Every day we are coming up with new products and ideas and keep diversifying our portfolio. Nevertheless, besides growing, our main mission is to stay the agile and fast fish, as Sebastian put it, that we always have been over the last six years. Therefore, we would like to continuously attract bright minds to our company because unified we can achieve amazing results.
